  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 10 inch tortillas (don't use for Whole 30 Diet)
 
Chicken Dry Rub Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Mango Salsa

  • 2 large ripe mangos, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 large avocados, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup diced grape tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 
 
Directions 
  1. Mix the chicken dry rub seasonings together and rub all over the chicken. Let marinade for 1 hour in the refrigerator. 
  2. Mix mango salsa ingredients together and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. 
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.  Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove chicken from pan; let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  5. Warm tortillas; top evenly with chicken and salsa.
  6. Enjoy!
