  • 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F.
  2. Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil.  Sprinkle asparagus with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 25 to 30 minutes depending on thickness.
