Delish! Delish! Delish! My husband and I are at the end of week 2 on the Whole30 Diet...we are missing a lot of our old favorite foods! This dinner recipe is Whole30 Compliant and satisfied our tastebuds! My husband said it's the best Whole30 Dish I've made so far! =)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ribeye Steaks 
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cilantro 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine the white vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, garlic and spices together in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Pour the marinade over the steak and turn to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
  3. Heat grill to 600 degrees. 
  4. Cook steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side. 
  5. Let steaks rest 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with Avocado Salsa, fresh cilantro and lime wedges. 
  7. Enjoy!
