This is one of my favorite summer potato salad that my mother passed down to me.
1. Boil potatoes until you can insert fork into potatoes easily.
2. cool to room temperature.
3 chop onions, cerlery, pickles and cooked potatoes. Add mayo, miracle whip, tumeric, onion powder,salt and pepper and mustard to chopped vegetables.
4. Mix altogether.
5. You can add chopped hard boiled egg at this time. Dust the top of the salad with paprika
6. You can adjust all ingredients to your taste.
